WoW Patch 7.2 New Artifact Appearences Preview
With Artifact weapons being such a large part of World of Warcraft: Legion, it only makes sense for new Artifact appearances to come with the upcoming patch 7.2.
To unlock these appearances, players will have to conquer challenging solo content, to prove their stuff, and show off their mastery of their in-game role. To be able to take on the challenge before you and earn your new Artifact appearance, you’re going to need to meet a few requirements first. You must be level 110, purchase all 35 of the ranks for your Artifact weapon, and complete the questline to unlock access to the four new traits available with patch 7.2.
After these needs have been met, you`ll need to go to the Broken Shore to begin the assault on the Tomb of Sargeras. To begin the journey for you Artifact appearence, make sure to invest your legionfall war supplies to the mage tower. Once the tower has been activated, a class order hall campaign quest-chain will be unlocked, requiring the player to face down a powerful new enemy.
This encounter will provide players with the opportunity to show their mastery of their class with a solo skill challenge. There are 7 different challenges available which are tailored to your class role. Each role’s challenge will vary slightly whether it’s healing a group of support npcs, tanking and keeping your group npcs from being killed, or straight dps to kill the boss.
While the first attempt will be free, the price of failure will be great. If you want to retry the encounter, you`ll have to spend Nethershards, the new currency on the Broken Shore. If you want to keep throwing yourself at the challenge, it may be worth the time to grind out shards to repeat the encounter.Success with earning your Artifact weapon’s Challenge Appearance is going to cost — but bragging rights will be yours when you do succeed.
